Jalal Luqman is a UAE based digital artist/graphic designer and has had major exhibitions in New York , Tokyo , Egypt , Abu Dhabi and Dubai . He prides himself on straying away from the herd, swimming against the current and taking the path less taken. Through his 17 year journey he had to rough it through every inch of the way setting out to give art in general a better place and respect in the UAE. He aims to push the envelope farther with every new exhibition.

Since his early school days Jalal has been expressing his feelings through one form of art or another. Although his early pieces of art were not on canvases or paper, they were on his school books, sending him to the corner of the class many times. This actually planted the seed that would later on take him through his artistic journey. What was meant to stop him encouraged him to make more art that would provoke the viewer.

Jalal Luqman experimented through almost all traditional methods of artistic expression, until he finally found himself in digital art. The combination of his love for computers and art was the ideal recipe.

Jalal's images grew in complexity from kilobytes to megabytes to gigabytes squeezing every drop of power his computers have, forcing these cold machines to produce warm expressive artwork.
